NO, there are no fees associated with using GYFTY (https://gyfty.io/) to make a purchase.

  1. Where can I find my order history and track my order?

To view your orders, kindly sign in to your GYFTY account with your valid email address or using your correct username and a valid password and view past orders under my account you can also track your order using your email address and order number.

  1. I lost my order confirmation email. How can I get it reissued to me?

Kindly contact our customer support for assistance and to obtain another order confirmation email.

  1. Can I use my Gift card outside the United States?

No, GYFTY Gift cards prohibit the use of their Gift card outside of the continental United States.

  1. Can I use my gift card on my PayPal Account?

Kindly be informed that our Gift cards and reward cards cannot be used in conjunction with a PayPal account or for any recurring bill payments.

  1. What payment method can I use to purchase a Gift card?

You can purchase Gift cards from us using your Bitcoin Wallet.

  1. Can I withdraw money at an ATM or deposit a gift card into my bank account?

Kindly be informed that none of our Gift cards or reward cards can be used to access funds via an ATM or bank transaction. Our Gift cards can only be used to make a purchase.

  1. How long will it take to get my gift card when I make a purchase?

Please be informed that delivery can take up to 1hour to 24 business hours from the time of purchase to review and send the order unless you specify a future delivery date.

  1. Where can I find my card number?

For all GYFTY cards, click on the view and print card button in the email confirmation, once you logged into your online account you will see the number and card details.

  1. How can I activate my Gift card?

At GYFTY customer’s satisfaction is our topmost priority, therefore in most cases any Gift card purchased from our shops is ready for use immediately.

  1. How do I use my Gift card to shop online?

Make sure the balance of the Gift Card is more than the entire cost of the purchase, including taxes.

Select ‘Credit’ or ‘Debit’ as the payment method (Do not select ‘Gift Card’)

In the Payment Method section, enter the card information as you would a credit or debit card.

In the Billing Address section, please fill in your name and address.

  1. How do I use my gift card to shop in-store

Be sure to know your balance before you shop. To use your Gift Card along with another form of payment, just tell the cashier how much you want to apply to each payment type

Swipe your Card and select Credit on the keypad. American Express, Vanilla Visa, and MasterCard Gift Cards can be added to a digital wallet for in-store use.

 

Open the Wallet/App on your device.

 

Follow the on-screen instructions, including entering your card number manually.



  1. How do I check the balance on my gift card?

To check your balance kindly click on the view and print this card button in the email confirmation once you logged into your account you will be able to see an available balance on the Gift card.

  1. Is there a deadline for spending the funds on the Gift card?

Gift cards that are purchased generally have NO expiration date unless stated in the specific terms for a given brand.

  1. Are there any purchases associated with purchasing a gift card on your website?

GYFTY Gift Card does not charge any fees above the face value on any gift cards available on the site.

  1. How do I handle a typo or incorrect delivery address?

If you mistyped your email address when creating your account: An error in the email address associated with your account is a showstopper, meaning, you will never be able to perform the required verification step. In this case, we’ll ask you to create a NEW account with your correct email address. Contact us for assistance.

 

17 How do I redeem my gift card from a vendor shop?

The quick answer is, there is a gift card number or barcode to show the retailer. For more specific details on how to use the gift card received, refer to the Redemption Instructions sent with the gift card.

  1. Who does the text come from when I receive my gift card?

All cards are our original property therefore the text will come GYFTY Gift card, and reference the purchaser sending the gift card.

  1. How do I save my gift card to my phone?

If you have an Apple phone, Select Apple Wallet, then add. The gift card will show in your Apple Wallet. You can also save to your GYFTY account wallet, just log in and save. If you have a Google account, you can select Gpay and add it to your Google account.

  1. How do I change or cancel my order?

Kindly be informed that your order can only be changed or canceled right before the card is printed and shipped. Cards in most cases are printed and shipped within 24hours business day of the order being placed. Once your order is printed and shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

  1. How do I change my shipping address?

To change or cancel your order, you must contact Customer Service. Be reminded that most orders are shipped out the day the order is received, excluding weekends, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled, although we will take all reasonable steps to accommodate your request.

 

  1. Can I return or get a refund on my Gift Card purchase?

 

No, when orders are placed you automatically agree to the terms and conditions which clearly state that shipped items cannot be returned and no refund can be allowed. Kindly check our refund policy.

  1. Can my canceled order be reactivated?

No, when you cancel an order it cannot be reactivated. However, if you wish to order the same Gift card, kindly place a new order and before you do that review the billing information, provide a valid and correct mobile number, and include your regular email address.

 

  1. Do you offer international shipping?

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Please check back for updated information.

  1. What happens if my Gift card is stolen or lost?

If your Gift Cards are lost or stolen, contact Customer Service immediately. Provide as much detailed information as possible. Typically, lost or stolen cards will be suspended and a replacement card will be issued for a fee, which will be deducted from the gift card value
